Charity offers sport organizations opportunity for new building or renovation
The local charity Friendship Zone has developed an exciting new programme aimed at sport organizations and youngsters to give them something fun and meaningful to take part in after school and weekends. This programme is called ‘Youth Sport Infrastructure Development’.
This new program is amazingly offering sport organizations the opportunity to help them build or renovate their sport facilities in hope of encouraging youngsters to join and ultimately keep them off the streets.
Friendship Zone is urging any sport organization that needs renovation to step forward and make contact, as Friendship Zone will be able to help fund this as part of their Youth Sport Infrastructure Programme.
Ever since teenagers have been asked why they are out on the streets causing trouble, the reason given is usually that there is nothing for them to do. Youth Sport Infrastructure Development can aid in giving them something to do. Friendship Zone will help sport organisations to make this happen.
Friendship Zone Charity is ultimately a social networking web site, which has various programmes their members can apply for online. This web site promotes friendship, allows a person to make friends online, take part in quizzes, listen to music, and apply for a choice of programmes.
This project is largely about opening up opportunities for sport organisations and also to aid youngsters in giving them something fulfilling to do with their time.

Diamond In The Rough

Determined and passionate businessman Paul Kuznecovs was recently very successful in his recruitment business and with his own earnings of £100,000, he astonishingly devoted all of his money to the development of the social networking website platform, plus the running and support of the registered charity Friendship Zone.
Paul made a life changing decision at the young age of 21 to move from a deprived family in Latvia, to head for the UK in search of a better life. Paul is a merely a simple man with a dream – to help others. When he first arrived
in England he worked for the Christian Trust. Here Paul had a realisation that life is not about making selfish decisions, but that it is about helping others around you and enhancing other peoples’ lives.
Paul began his own recruitment agency that went on to win an award from the Barclays Trading Places, and last year he was successful enough to earn £100,000 profit. With this money, Paul did not buy a new house or car like most of us would, but he invested half into the social networking website platform, and the other half went into the support and running of Friendship Zone charity.
Although having a difficult and demanding life, Paul is a firm believer that ‘everybody has a dream, and every dream is possible.’ Paul strongly believes in charities and alongside running his business and Friendship Zone, he also works for charitable hospital St. Andrews which is a private hospital for people with mental health issues.
The charity Friendship Zone which Paul invested all of his money into, is a social networking web site that promotes friendship, allows people to make friends online, take part in quizzes, listen to music and most importantly apply for grants which help people achieve their dreams. This charity is unique like no other, as 100% of the revenues are reinvested back into the community and charitable projects suggested to Friendship Zone by its members. Friendship Zone is a charity with a difference. They do not ask for money, it earns money through hard work providing cost effective marketing services to local or nationwide companies.
Paul began this charity with the dream that he could give hope and support to people in order to make a dream come true, and to also generate activities for teenagers in support of keeping them off the streets, and giving them something worthwhile to do with their spare time.
Friendship Zone currently has two main programmes that members can apply for. Firstly is the ‘Birthday Dream Party’, and secondly is the ‘Youth Sport Infrastructure Development’.
Paul is currently continuing his battle to help people in and around Northamptonshire to achieve their dreams. He is currently looking to expand Friendship Zone’s number of users so that they are able to interact, converse and make more friends. Trustees Report (2008 / 2009)
This last year has been a voyage of discovery. We have continued to enjoy the patronage of A.E.P UK Ltd who provided the the majority of the funds we need to develop our services. We were offered an unconditional license of their product which has recently been branded SNAP4Business. This is a white labeled social networking application platform.
We decided to concentrate our efforts on a website dedicated to providing a service that enables users to discuss and be involved in the charity. This is acheived by providing an enviroment that uses social networking facilities provided within the platform.
we launched the BETA version of the website mid February 2008. We continue to develop the functionality and user friendliness of the site. We are confident that in the New Year we will be able to publicise a fully functional site.
In november 2008, we moved to new, more prestigious and spacious offices under a specially negotiated deal offered by the propery owner. The difference has been startling, for similar cost that we are paying for a single office previously, we are now enjoy a shop front visibility and a higher profile overall. We have sufficent space to cater for a variety of volunteers. The space will also enable us to offer more services in the future. We have negotiated with an extremely popular resturant chain 'Red Hot - The Worlds Buffet' a special deal that enables us to send parties under our Birthday Dream Party project.
Over the year,we have had various volunteers, from all over the world, moderating the content for the site. We are now able to offer this service 24/7. Other volunteers are more local meaning that we have access to a variety of skills from general administrative to web design and computer hardware. We have also worked closely with local representatives of Employment and Disablity Service (EADS). Most notably, we have have enjoyed working with Micheal Bray who has decided to continue working with us on a voluntary basis since he enjoyed his time with us.
We have also had more experienced volunteer, Micheal Hollins, who saw the potential of the platform we have developed and has taken us in a new direction by branding one of the functionalities we offer seperately as 'Zonadream'. This has been developed independently and will and will be launched in July or August 2009. We expect that a national PR launch and an incentive offering £10,000 worth of registration fees will generate between 100,000 and 1m users. This is intimately linked with Friendship-Zone website, so every user will also be encouraged to communicate via this medium. As this generates funds we will be able to offer more value and various projects we support.
we are looking forward to this next year as our projects mature. I look forward to being able to report more specifically about the number of individuals and communities that we have been able to support

Michael is dropped in the deep end at Friendship Zone!
Micheal is disadvantaged Arthrogryposis (http:en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthrogryposis).
Very courageously, he has launched himself in at the deep end by taking on a work placement opportunity at friendship-zone. His responsibilities will include the moderation of the social networking site, becoming proficient at using the site and helping to improve its user friendliness. He will be maintaining a live blog online about his daily experiences, his troubles and achievements. Micheal said "I have been looking for work for 3 years without success. I was only introduced to friendship-zone last Friday, i was so impressed that i wanted to start straight away. I came in on Tuesday and have had a lot of fun getting registered and learning what my responsibilities are going to be. It is a whole new world and an adventure that I'm looking forward to experiencing".
Friendship-Zone is probably the least known charity in the uk, yet they are expecting to explode the into consciousness of the UK polulation this year. Paul, the director welcomed Micheal to his new workplace today and after showing him the ropes, let him get on with it. Paul said "We enjoyed having Micheal with us today. he learned quickly and seemed enthused about what he was doing. I hope that we can work with many others who might have other disadvantages in the years to come".
The Employment and Disability Servive (EADS) is a well known part of Northamptonshire County Council, who support disadvantaged people into work placement opportunities as a route to findingmore permanent work. Glyn form EADS said "Micheal has had a hard time so far, it has taken a long time to find him this placement, we are very pleased to have found Paul and Friendship-Zone, it is such a welcoming working enviroment, they have created a weekly work structure for micheal and have been very flexible to fit in with his travel needs. This was important since there is limited public transport available from where he lives".
We wish Micheal and Friendship-Zone the best for the future!
